The 660 is a compact static discharger used to neutralise static electricity on countless types of machines including: paper handling, packaging, labelling, coding and printing.

Simple and effective static elimination. Low cost and versatile.

  • The stainless steel filament does not scratch it has the softness of sewing cotton. The filaments have an EVA size giving them flexibility, resilience and a long life.

801 Anti-static tinsel

Copper Anti-Static Tinsel is a traditional and effective method of neutralising static electricity. It is used to neutralise sheets and webs throughout industry.

  • 801 Anti-Static Tinsel offers an effective solution to many static problems where electrical static eliminators cannot be justified.
  • Anti-Static Tinsel is a passive static eliminator which operates by concentrating the electric field to ionise the air.
  • 801 Tinsel reduces high charges to a low level and can cope with fast speeds. A 90% reduction in charge is typical in many applications. It is particularly suited to web applications like film winders and unwinders where the web path changes.
  • 801 Anti-Static Tinsel is available in boxes of 22m and 110m.
  • 801 Anti-Static Tinsel is 99% pure copper.

Remote monitor for HP power unit

The remote monitor is available on the HP50, HP80 and EX-HP Power Units. It monitors the high voltage in the Power Unit to indicate if the static eliminators are working and sends a no volt signal to the PLC of the customer`s machine.

It is designed to give a no-volt signal to show the status of the high voltage output and whether the static control equipment is functioning.

  • It is often difficult to know whether static control equipment is working, because it is quiet.
  • If there is a fault in the static control equipment it will try to pull more than 5mA from the Power Unit. In this case the safety cut-out in the Power Unit operates and turns off the high voltage.
  • In many processes the correct operation of the static control equipment is essential and any fault must be communicated to the operator.

EXHP power unit

A high load 6kV power unit which supplies the energy used to run the Fraser ATEX Certified EX1250 Static Eliminator Bars. The EXHP Power Unit offers many advantages for the international manufacturer.

The EXHP power unit produces the high voltage and low current in a controlled and safe way to provide the power for Fraser ATEX certified EX1250 Static Eliminator Bars.

  • The unique 6kV flat form transformer provides more ionisation with less stress.
  • It has bayonet connectors for fast and easy connection of the EX1250 Bars.
  • The EXHP can power up to four static eliminators.
  • Choice of monitoring options. A neon light can be fitted to the unit if required to show operational status on the case of the EXHP.

The HP 4:1 connector box allows the operator to have a cable disconnect feature anywhere in the cable system.

  • Versatile use with standard Fraser HP connectors.

HP ILC in-line connector
